2. OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
When you place an order on www.vogaya.com, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed between you and VOGAYA only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colours, textures, and dimensions. However, the appearance of products may vary slightly from images shown on screen due to photography and display settings. This does not constitute a defect.

4. PRICING
All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you place your order.
VOGAYA is not responsible for currency conversion rates applied by your bank or payment provider.
Prices do not include import duties, customs fees, or taxes applicable in your country. These are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. PAYMENT
We accept all major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. VOGAYA does not store your full payment details.
By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

VOGAYA ships to 38 countries worldwide. Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout and vary by destination.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only. VOGAYA is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or events outside our control.
